Online orders for turf
As we value both product quality and customer service highly, we have developed an online ordering schedule that allows us to deliver your turf speedily, while maintaining it in the best possible condition.
Qualifying for free standard delivery
All online orders for Topsoils and Border Bark qualify for free standard delivery.
To qualify for free standard delivery on Premium Grade Turf, orders must be 20 or more rolls when delivered to a CO postcode, and 30 or more rolls when delivered to all other postcodes. If you order fewer rolls there will be a delivery charge, which will be calculated at checkout.
AM and Saturday deliveries
Standard deliveries are made 08:00 – 18:00, however to guarantee delivery before 12:00 you will need to pay a guaranteed AM delivery surcharge of £15. Saturday deliveries incur a surcharge of £55.
CO postcode discounts
Deliveries to CO postcodes quality for a local discount. These prices can be found on the product pages, and a delivery discount, if applicable, will be applied at the checkout stage.

There are no deliveries on Sundays or Mondays, or on either Bank Holidays or the day that follows a Bank Holiday. This is because we maintain our high standards by only cutting the required turf the day before it is delivered, to ensure that it reaches you in prime condition. It’s vital to lay your turf the same day it is delivered, to ensure that it can establish itself as strongly and quickly as possible.
Turf and topsoil quantities
All our turf varieties are supplied in standard 1m² rolls (61cm x 164cm), and are available to order online. Topsoil and Border Bark are each supplied in 0.73m³ bags (covering 7.3m² at a depth of 100mm).
Telephone orders for specialist turf and grass seed
If you would like to order Pro Sports Turf or Big Roll Turf (20m² / 74cm x 2700cm), or you have an urgent need for turf, please call our friendly sales team on 01255 830325 to discuss your requirements. We can often fulfil orders for next day delivery, so it’s well worth dropping us a line to find out.
To ensure satisfaction with our delivery service – whether placing an order online or by telephone – we ask our customers to ensure that they are on site the day of their delivery to direct the driver, or alternatively, that they give detailed instructions on where the turf is to be left in their absence.
